Smruti is a physiotherapist by profession, and that clinical background shapes how she runs client relationships at Highnova: listen carefully, diagnose the real problem, then build a plan around the client's actual goals, not a generic template. She leads sales and client relationships end to end, and heads project management to make sure every deliverable across every channel actually ships on time. She also runs moveheals, a physiotherapy-focused content brand, so she brings a founder's eye for content and audience alongside her care-first approach to client work.
Shubhneet Jain
Co-Founder, Business, Strategy & Technology
Shubhneet leads business strategy, marketing direction, and the technical side of Highnova. He built the systems the agency runs on, including this website's own admin tools and automation, and shapes how Highnova approaches paid media, SEO, and AI automation for clients. His focus is turning strategy into working systems: the tooling, the processes, and the technical execution behind every campaign.
