This policy explains what information Highnova collects when you use highnova.io, why we collect it, and the choices you have. In short: we only use your details to reply to you and, if you agree, to send you marketing emails. We never sell your information.

What we collect

We collect the details you choose to give us:

Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message.
Chat (Nova): your name, email, phone number and service before the chat starts, and the messages you send in the chat.
Free tools and Rate My Brand: your email (and name or phone where asked), plus the result of the tool or the website you asked us to check.
Newsletter: your email address.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may also keep basic technical logs (such as your browser type and IP address) to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry or chat, and to prepare quotations you ask for.
To keep a record of our conversations with you in our customer system.
To send you marketing emails, only if you agreed: by ticking the “Send me Highnova updates” box, or by signing up to our newsletter and confirming by email.
To improve our website and services.

Our chat assistant, Nova, uses an AI service to answer questions about our services. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Marketing emails and unsubscribing

Every marketing email we send has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click stops our marketing emails. You can also email us at support@highnova.io and we will remove you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We use trusted service providers to run our website, customer system, chat and email (for example, website hosting, a database, our customer relationship system, our chat inbox, and email sending services). They only process your information to provide these services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep proper business records, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing. Email support@highnova.io and we will help.

Cookies and storage

The website stores a small amount of information in your browser so the chat remembers you and your conversation between visits. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
