CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)

The cost to get one conversion, such as a sale or sign-up.

Definition

CPA is the cost of a defined conversion action. Unlike CPL (a lead), CPA usually refers to a completed goal like a purchase. It's closely related to CAC but is typically measured per campaign rather than across the whole business.

Formula
CPA = Ad spend ÷ Conversions

Example

If a campaign spends AED 6,000 and drives 120 purchases, the CPA is AED 50 per sale.
